Mr. Debasis Roy

Vice President

Mr. Debasis Roy spearheads strategic collaborations with government bodies, including the Central & State Governments, NSDC, and the Directorate of Vocational Education & Training (Govt. of West Bengal). His expertise ensures seamless program integration, aligning NCSM’s initiatives with industry needs and policy frameworks. His efforts extend training opportunities to marginalized and tribal communities, fostering inclusive growth and employability.

Mr. Sujoy Adhikary

General Manager

With over a decade of experience, Mr. Sujoy Adhikary leads NCSM’s training initiatives, specializing in entrance exam coaching for engineering and medical aspirants under schemes like "Yogyashree". He designs customized learning programs for students, ensuring high-impact educational outcomes. His leadership strengthens NCSM’s role in shaping future-ready talent.

Mr. Amit Kar

Project Head

Mr. Amit Kar manages government-sponsored skilling programs for ST/SC/OBC and minority communities, including the flagship "Yogyashree Scheme", offering free competitive exam coaching. He also oversees school-based vocational training (CSS-VSE), implementing 10 vocational sectors across 400+ schools, equipping students with industry-aligned skills.

HR Manager

Mrs. Trisha Banerjee leads HR operations, fostering a productive and supportive work environment for NCSM’s team. She optimizes workforce efficiency by collaborating with subject experts, ensuring high-quality training delivery in compliance with NSQF standards. Her strategic HR management strengthens NCSM’s mission of skill development and employability enhancement.

Mr. Abhishek Bhattacharjee

Business Development / Projects Specialist

Mr. Abhishek Bhattacharjee brings over 12 years of expertise in business development, government tender applications, and large-scale project execution. He has successfully managed projects for ONGC, NTPC, Coal India, West Bengal Tribal Welfare, and various state minority & tribal departments. With deep knowledge of PMKVY, DAY-NULM, and CSR initiatives, he ensures seamless compliance and operational excellence, driving partnerships with Sector Skill Councils, PSUs, and educational institutions.
