Grievance Redressal Process at NCSM
Fair, impartial and confidential mechanism for addressing grievances
The National Computer Saksharta Mission (NCSM) is committed to providing a fair and efficient mechanism for addressing grievances. Our Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is dedicated to impartially resolving issues raised by employees, beneficiaries, or other stakeholders. The GRC's policies and procedures are reviewed annually to ensure effectiveness and legal compliance.
Scope of Grievances
The GRC addresses grievances related to:
- Workplace harassment or discrimination
- Misconduct or unethical behavior
- Violations of policies or procedures
- Disputes between staff members or stakeholders
- Any other issues affecting the organization's functioning or reputation
How to Submit a Grievance
You can submit a grievance in writing by using the Grievance Redressal Form (Annex-1) at our office, or by sending an email to office@ncsm.co.in.

Grievance Redressal Process Workflow
- Acknowledgement: The GRC will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 3 working days.
- Review & Investigation: The committee will review the grievance, conduct interviews, and collect evidence.
- Resolution: The GRC will provide a resolution within 15-30 days of receiving the grievance. This may involve corrective actions, disciplinary measures, or policy changes.
- Appeal: If you are dissatisfied with the resolution, you may appeal to the Board of Directors or a higher authority within the organization.
Confidentiality and Record-Keeping
All grievances are treated with strict confidentiality. Only authorized GRC members have access to grievance-related information. A secure record of all grievances and their resolutions is maintained.
