CCL VIDYA SARTHI

CCL Vidya Sarthi 2026, a CSR initiative of Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), was inaugurated on 26 September 2026 at CCL’s Lal Hostel, Gandhinagar, Ranchi. The programme is being facilitated and implemented by National Computer Saksharta Mission (NCSM) to provide quality JEE/NEET training and academic guidance to talented students from CCL command areas. Under the two-year programme, 400 students will receive free training, including expert faculty support, study materials, digital learning, regular assessments, and academic mentoring. The initiative is being implemented across 10 DAV Training Centres in Kujju, Barkakana, Dhori, Giridih, Rajrappa, Kathara, Ranchi, Argada, Hazaribagh, and Piparwar. NCSM successfully conducted the JPSC/JSSC Coaching Selection Test under the मुख्यमंत्री अल्पसंख्यक कोचिंग योजना, marking an important step towards creating greater access to quality competitive-examination preparation for eligible aspirants. The selection test was conducted to identify candidates for specialised coaching and academic support aimed at strengthening their preparation for the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) examinations. Through structured classroom learning, subject-focused preparation, academic guidance, regular assessments, and continuous mentoring, the programme seeks to provide aspirants with a supportive learning environment for their competitive-examination journey. As the implementing organisation, NCSM is facilitating the delivery of the coaching programme with a focus on systematic preparation, accessible learning support, and academic development. The initiative provides participating candidates with an opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, improve examination readiness, and work towards their aspirations for government service. The successful conduct of the selection test marks the beginning of the next phase of the programme, bringing selected aspirants into a structured coaching ecosystem designed to support their preparation and long-term career goals.
